Noble Fir, Abies procera, is a popular Christmas tree. The thick branches and evenly spaced foliage result in a beautiful tree.
Gand Fir, Abies grandis, is one of the most popular Christmas trees. Sweet smelling, soft leaves, and attractive appearance will add that touch to your holiday decorated room.
Tree Care
If your tree had the base cut at the tree lot, be sure to get the tree into water as soon as possible. Use warm sugar water for the first application only (1 cup of sugar to one gallon of warm water then finish filling with warm water). The tree will drink the water up very quickly (usually two or three days). Check the water level daily. DO NOT position your tree near any heat source (fireplace or heat vent). Cover any heat vents that may be near the tree.
